What to Include in Your Inquiry
To prepare a useful first response, it helps to know your event date and start time, the venue name and address (or whether you are still selecting a venue), your anticipated guest count, the type of service you have in mind (plated dinner, buffet, cocktail reception, or working lunch), and any dietary or cultural requirements you are already aware of. You do not need all of this information to make first contact — but the more detail you can provide, the more specific and useful our initial proposal will be. We reply to all inquiries within two business days; for events fewer than six weeks away, please note this in your message and we will prioritize your file.
Before You Send Your Inquiry
How far in advance should we get in touch?
For weddings and large galas, we recommend reaching out at least four to six months before your event date, as peak summer and fall weekends fill early. Corporate events and private celebrations can typically be planned with six to eight weeks of lead time, though earlier is always better.
Is there a consultation fee?
The initial planning call and written proposal are complimentary. The first tasting session (for events of 80 or more guests) is included in the booking. Additional tasting sessions and site visits are quoted separately and detailed in your service agreement.
What is your deposit and payment structure?
We require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due 14 days before the event date. For events booked within 30 days of the event, the full amount is due at signing. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
